The double room is of decent size (about 16 m2) for Japan. Room is pretty clean. Shower is hot and water pressure is good. Housekeeping is always there to help. They hanged a bag of clean rowels on the door knob everyday even though we put out the no cleaning needed magnet. Very thoughtful of them! The bed is super comfy - not hard or soft, just the right level of firmness. Amenity items table (tea bags, toothbrush, shower towel, Q-tips) is in the lobby across from the elevator. Help yourself with one of the amenity items on your way up to the room. Very convenient. We booked double room (smoking) and the room had very strong cigarette smell. Front desk was very helpful and put us in a non-smoking double room. Thank you! Breakfast is good. The only thing is you need to be there early to get the Japanese breakfast as it runs out pretty fast. The western style breakfast with eggs and potatoes is equally delicious. There is a great supermarket next to the hotel within the same building. It's like a whole food place with lots of choices. High quality local items. And, the prices are very reasonable. 7-11 and Lawson stores are right around the corner. The JR and metro stations are 5 minutes away on foot. It's a 15 minutes train ride to Sinjuku or Ginza. Lots of great restaurants nearby the hotel within 10 minutes walk. From Narita airport to the hotel takes about 75 minutes by Skyaccess train, then metro and the fare is about 1450 yen.

The property is very conveniently located within 5 min walk from the metro station which is well connected, with supermarkets and cafes along the way (we had breakfast at one of them every morning instead of at the hotel so we did not need to worry about the time, it closes at 9.30 am). The room is small as expected in Tokyo, but still bigger than many we had seen, this is why we chose this hotel, and we were able to had both big suitcases open; it was immaculately clean, and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel was quite far but once you arrived and the Tokyo train map was all connected to this place , the staff was all nice 👍 especially the one who checked in for me in the morning on 4/2 and sent the bag straight away to my room while i was out while waiting to check in at 3pm, one more staff guy wake me up around 2pm (I feel asleep) in the lobby telling me I can check in now , so much hospitality and kind, I'm from Malaysia solo traveler thank you for accommodating me, will choose this hotel again on end of this year , see you guys tq

Wifi speed is amazing, we were both working remotely and it was no problem at all faster than my home speed in Lisbon. The laundry room is great as well, machines work very well. The table is also very good size and comfortable to work or study. Beds are comfortable and bathroom also great. They provide pijamas, towels and slippers everyday new. Location was very good, the area is nice and quiet, I took daily walks around the neighborhood and to go to the center you can just take the subway or JR or bus.

Larissa

We loved the cleanliness and the aesthetics of the hotel. The hotel was also conveniently located to the subway to get around Tokyo. When we arrived, we needed to have a different bed layout other than the one that we had originally seen online. The hotel graciously accommodated us. At the end of our trip, one of our party needed to extend their stay by one night and the hotel was able to accommodate that change too.
